The process of oxidizing plastic surfaces with a strong oxidation flame. Note: It is mainly used to improve the printing characteristics and bonding properties of polyolefin plastics. In order to facilitate the foaming composite process, the tension value of the plastic surface should meet the production requirements, and generally, the tension value of the surface should reach about 41 factors. The surface tension value of polypropylene material itself is only 31 cause, far from meeting the production requirements. Through flame treatment technology, the surface tension can be changed, so that the surface density is more than 48 cause. Changing the surface tension by flame treatment can also improve the quality of subsequent paint painting.
Application:
For the flame treatment of various bottles and cylindrical PE and PP plastic products, after the machine-processed plastic products are printed, the ink can be more firmly attached to the printed items.
