In order to meet the accuracy of multi-color overprinting, the key in printing is to master the positioning method. There are 4 commonly used locations in multicolor printing.
Side positioning method is suitable for straight edge workpiece printing; hole positioning method is suitable for plate printing of the same graphic printing; coincidence positioning method is suitable for color overprinting of transparent materials; and edge positioning method is suitable for overprinting of special-shaped workpiece. In four-color net printing, whether manual printing or mechanical printing, the positioning accuracy error is equal to zero.
