How to master the thickness of the ink layer?
The thickness of the ink layer is 1 / 3~1 / 4 of the thickness of the screen printing film. The thickness of the ink layer is determined by the correct operation of the five elements (web press, scraping plate, ink, substrate material, the performance of the screen press) and the five variables (scraping Angle, mesh distance, printing pressure, scraping speed, ink viscosity) and the selection of high quality materials.
In actual printing, to increase the thickness of the ink layer 3~4 times, it is necessary to increase the thickness of the printing plate to achieve. If the thickness of the printed ink layer is required to be 25 μ m, the film layer thickness of the mesh plate should be set to 75~100 μ m.

Why does the pattern printed by the rubber head appear with hairy edges or spots?
1, the rubber head is peaceful, resulting in poor printing exhaust, poor elastic force caused by spots or hair margins.
2, the proportion of ink and open oil and water must be moderate, and to stir evenly (especially gold oil, silver oil), the concentration of ink is too will also appear hemp point or drawing.
3, if there is a phenomenon of hair or hemp point, it is recommended to add a small amount of ST, leveling agent, the effect will be much better, (generally 1 ink plate about 2-10g).

How to adjust the position of the screen plate and how to set up the screen printer
The plate should be installed according to the order of printing color, determine the printing position, and conduct debugging.
1. Mechanical adjustment: adjust the printing press, the upper edition. Find the rules and determine the net distance. Network distance determination generally requires accuracy, in order to achieve good overprinting accuracy, net distance should be determined lower, 3~4mm, small net frame 2~3mm, large format can be determined higher, 5~6mm. The parameters of the net spacing are determined according to the size of the net plate and the tightness of the stretched net.
2. Preparation of scraper: at present, moderately flexible polyurethane oil-resistant rubber or oil-resistant silicone rubber scraper are used. The scraper hardness is calculated as Shaw hardness. Generally for four levels, 40~45 degrees for low soft hardness scraper, 50~55 degrees for soft hardness scraper, 60~65 degrees for medium hardness scraper, 70~75 degrees for hard scraper. The printing platform should adopt a scraper with large hardness, with a thickness of 10~12mm. The length of the scraper depends on the size of the network frame, and is generally 20~30mm wider than both sides of the graph.
