The basic principle of visual automatic positioning technology is to transfer the collected physical images to the PLC image processing system through the CCD brought by the machine and equipment, calculate the offset position and Angle through the image processing and positioning software, and then feedback to the external platform motion controller, and complete the position correction function through precision servo drive. The accuracy can be set manually, beyond the accuracy range, the system cannot complete the alarm notification.
The visual automatic positioning system process is as follows:
1) Confirm the CCD and clearly image, and the platform can operate normally
2) Set the platform parameters and positioning accuracy according to the type of the platform (such as XY θ)
3) The samples were learned and corrected to calculate the relative relationship of the coordinate position between the platform and the CCD
4) Shooting the target object
5) Shooting object
6) Positioning process, automatically calculate the offset distance and angle (number of pulses)
7) Control the platform movement according to the offset pulse value
8) If the accuracy is qualified, end the automatic alignment within the range, otherwise return to step 4) continue the automatic Adjust adjustment until qualified, or the alert is displayed.
