1. Dimensional accuracy: Dimensional accuracy refers to the degree of difference between the actual size of the printed pattern or component and the designed size.In screen printing, dimensional accuracy refers to the deviation between the actual size of the printed pattern, text, or component and the designed size. This deviation is usually within a specific range. For example, if the design size is a 10mm x 10mm square, then the printed square may have a slight size deviation, but it is within an acceptable range.
2. Position accuracy: Position accuracy refers to the degree of deviation between the position of the printed pattern or component on the substrate and the designed position. In screen printing, positional accuracy refers to the deviation between the actual position and the designed position of the printed pattern, text or component relative to the substrate. This deviation usually consists of deviations in the X-axis (horizontal direction) and Y-axis (vertical direction). For example, if the design requires a component to be located at (5mm, 5mm) of the substrate, but the component may be slightly offset during actual printing, position accuracy is a parameter that describes the degree of this offset.
