Any rubber head  must be oiled. If you print a large pattern and the fonts are thick, you must use a pad printing rubber head with a smaller hardness to prevent the phenomenon of not being oiled. The reason why the English letters are not oiled is small. It's because the rubber head itself is too hard and the ink under the steel plate is not adsorbed on the rubber head.
