Printing consumables: steel plate, rubber head, ink, screen, rubber scraping, hand printing table and other consumables.
There are two types of the ink cup, one is made from Al, the other is made from hard plastic.
Our standard ink cup is made from Al, long service life, just need to change cermaic ring.
We can make different size of the ink cups according your printing design, normal size is Φ86mm.
Fill the printing ink/paint in it, buckle the ink cup onto the printing plate and fix it with the ink cup holder,when the pad printing machine is working , the ink cup will move, keep the ink inside it just leave the ink in the printing design.
The rubber head pick up the ink from the printing design, then press the ink on the printing products.
